She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Creek; her parents, Fred Chadwick and Kathryn Chadwick; her parents-in-law, Charles and Sylvia Creek; her sister Barb Pletcher; and her brother-in-law Phil Pletcher.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheri Price (Jay), Susan Bloom (Mike), Michele Tatom (Ron) and Shannon Egger (David); her grandchildren, Christopher Price (Kim), Morgan Price (Sara), Ben Bloom (Candice), Morgan Malcolm (Drew), Cameron Price, Faryn Egger (Joey), Zack Bloom, Charley Austin (Nick) and Catherine Tatom; her great grandchildren, Haylie, Kamryn, Owen, Carter Burr, Emma Price and Theodore Malcolm; her sister Linda Pletcher; and her brothers-in-law, Dennis Creek, Dean Creek and Dan Pletcher. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
