He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Howard. He is survived by: his father Charlie Howard; his children, Morgan, Hunter and Kylee Howard; his granddaughter Lucille McCauley; and his sisters, Kelle Teshera (Joe) and Deborah Boyer. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
