She was predeceased by : her parents, Doug Carmichael and Ruby Carmichael. She is survived by : her husband Pat Whaley; her daughters, Katie Dodsley (Eric) and Krystyn Stone (Robyn); her grandchildren, Charles, Robert and Ruby; and her siblings, Maria White and Douglas Carmichael (Kathy).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Institute in Tina's memory.
