He was predeceased by: his parents, Earline Worthan and Maurice "Pete" Clifford Worthan; and his son Troy Worthan. He is survived by: his wife Peggy; his children, DeVonne Worthan and Mario Mattucci; his sister Lucille Thompson (Jim); his nephew Kevin Chipman (Della); his nieces, Christina Howard (Brad) and Trena Chipman; his grandchildren, Sunny, Kloe of Carson and Vincenzo; his great grandchildren, Journi and Ariya; his former wife Darlene Haynes; and his caregivers, Dalon, Liz, Corey, Karen and Jerry. He is also survived by his family, friends.
