He is survived by: his siblings, Lori Ball, Lisa Johnson, John Johnson and Robert Johnson; his nieces and nephews, Jeremy, Josh, Jessica, Sara, Evaan, Cori Rashell, Sean, Ryan, Kahlan, Seya, Shelby, Steven, Zamian, Juliet, Eian, Ramsey, Joseph, Tyson, Jason and Matthew; and his friends, Peggy, Cindy, Dan, Zeke, Cheryl and Mary.
In keeping with Corey's wishes, the family requests no flowers, donations, or additional tributes.
