She was predeceased by: her parents, Alpha Mae Waugh and Peggy (Alpha Mae); her grandparents, Levi Dart, Myrtle Northrop and Brother Butch; and her daughters, Victoria (Kenneth) and Sandra Dee (John).
She is survived by: her children, Darla Hawkins (Vern) of Texas, Cathleen Madenford (Gary) of Idaho, Brad Bolin (Mary) of Arizona and Susan Miller (John) of Indiana; and her cousins, Linda, Carol and Sam. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
