He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dolan and Sheryl Ann Kaneaster; his brother Doug Dolan; his siblings-in-law, Pamela Carbonel and Ron Coltrin; and his grandparents, Sterling and Anna Hart.

He is survived by: his wife Christine; his grandchildren, Sara (Matthew), Jacob, Emily, Abby, Andrew Gordon, Sandra (Randy) and Ryan Rutland; and his sister Vicki Coltrin.
