He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Dornbusch and Theodora Dornbusch. He is survived by: his wife Kimberlee Dornbusch; his brother Richard Dornbusch; his sister-in-law Ruby Dornbusch; his brother Kurt Dornbusch; his sister-in-law Mary Dornbusch; and his cousin Elizabeth Wickersham.
