She was predeceased by: her parents, Alma Golightly and Ardell Golightly; and her daughter-in-law Kathy Tippets. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Tippets; her sons, Alan (Julie), David (Kim) and Keith (Diane); her grandchildren, Devin Tippets, Jared Tippets, Jacob Tippets, Jenna Axtman, Christopher Hermansen, Sean Hermansen, Kyle Tippets, Kaileb Hermansen and Katelyn Nichols; and her great grandchild Jolie Axtman.
