It is with great sadness that we announce the death of DeLores Parks of Boise, Idaho, born in Emmett, Idaho, who passed away on January 27, 2023, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Floyd Albert Fulgham and Goldie Alice Fulgham (Payton); her former husband Jack H. Crosby; her husband George LaVar Parks; and her children, Linda, Larry, Loren and Layna.
