He was predeceased by: his parents, Don White and Faye White; and his granddaughter Chelsea. He is survived by: his wife Ruth White; his children, Nickie, Tammy and Joe; his grandchildren, Baylee, Candra, Hunter and Samantha; his great grandchild Aspen; his brother Mike; his sister-in-law Kim Murphy; and his niece Erica.
