He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Ballard and Mary Ballard; and his sister Donna Kump. He is survived by: his wife Kay Ballard; his sister Carol; his children, Tina Moffat (Paul), Kimberly Shoen and Sid Ballard (Meagan); and his grandchildren, Zak (Haillie), Brian (Hailey), Kyle, Allison, Nicole, Jessica, Baylee and Jayce.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cloverdale Church of God (3755 S Cloverdale Rd, Boise, ID 83709).
