She was predeceased by: her parents, John Ewald and Olivia Ewald; her husband Elmer Boltz; and her brother Walter Ewald. She is survived by: her children, Michael Boltz (Shari), Janice Lewis (Randy) and Kathleen (Todd); her grandchildren, Kevin Lewis (Carly), Alana and Olivia Boltz; and her great grandchildren, Hazel and William Lewis.
