It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eugene Ray Cooper (Boise, Idaho), who passed away on February 2, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Henry Cooper and Gertrude Givart Cooper; his wife Patricia Colleen Cooper; and his daughter Angela Rae Cooper Spann. He is survived by: his children, Lorri Ann McLellen, Richard Eugene Cooper, James Ray Cooper, Michelle Rena Ables Cooper, Nichole Colleen Cooper and Jessica Ann Cooper; and his sister JoAnne Bassett. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
