He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his children, Melissa Newell of Portland, Sam Newell of Meridian Idaho and Corey Newell (Melina) of Meridian, Idaho; and his granddaughters, Marissa Newell and Cienna Newell.
A memorial service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cloverdale Funeral Home (1100 N Cloverdale Rd, Boise, ID 83713).
