He is survived by: his wife Debbie Allen; his son Andy Allen (Sarah); his siblings, Gary Allen (Carol) and Lori Allen; and his siblings' children, Christy Allen Bess (Brian), Shawn Allen (Leah) and Michael Hagler (Kim).
