He was predeceased by: his wife Reah Knell Stott; his daughters, Dana Pence (George) and Stephanie Moore (Dana); his son-in-law William Ralph Clyde; and his great grandchild Noah Clyde.
He is survived by: his sister Racquel Rowley Stewart (Thad); and his children, Rozalynn Rowley Clyde Hughes (Vernon), Shauna Parks (Hal) and Richard Stott Rowley. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Dad would prefer in his memory that you get right with God, plant a tree, and vote Republican.
