He is survived by: his wife Anne Marie Hogan; and his sons, Thomas K. Owen (Cassandra) of Campbell, CA, William F. Owen II (Ellen) of Sammamish, WA and Patrick K. Owen of Seattle, WA. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Risen Christ Catholic Church (11511 Lake Hazel Rd, Boise, ID 83709).
