He is survived by: his wife Tanya; his children, Jason Knudsen and Tara Knudsen; his daughter-in-law Mindy Knudsen; his granddaughter Sierra (Tristan); his great grandchild Kelly; his parents, Jack Masterson and Diane Masterson; his brothers, Bret (Francesca) and Steve Masterson; his brother-in-law Rocky Sinclair; and his sister Dana Morfin. He is also survived by extended family and life-long friends.
In lieu of flowers, it was Jay's wish that donations be made to the ALS Association (https://www.als.org) to promote research for a cure to this cruel disease.
