She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney and May; her brother David; her nephew John; her niece Janet; her great grandchild Dallas; Doc and Thelma Howard.

She is survived by: her husband Keith; and her children, Carol Briggs, Gary Briggs (Kim), David Briggs (Luanne) and Kent Briggs. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
