She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Dudley and Fern Dudley (Fisher); and her brother Marvin. She is survived by: her son Joe Turner (Lahoma) of Boise, Idaho.; her daughter-in-law Lahoma Turner; her granddaughter Hailey Turner; her siblings, Orie, Richard Dudley and Barbara Dudley Quenzer; her grandchildren, Raggedy Ann and Andy; her daughter Patrice; her son-in-law Gordon Petrie of Emmett, Idaho.; and her children, Ival Turner (Jodi) of Boise, Idaho. and Pam. She is also survived by Gramma Turner leaves ten grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
The family publicly thanks St. Luke's Hospice for the wonderful care JoAnn received at the peaceful end of her sojourn here on earth, and suggests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to St. Lukes Hospice.
