He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wilford and Thelma Waters Holden; his wife Mary; and his children, Dixie and Blane.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Holden (Lana), Lyle Holden (Paige), Wendy Ward (Scott) and Gwendolyn Sebastian (Mark); and his children-in-law, Diana and Richard. He is also survived by twenty-five grandchildren and twenty-eight great grandchildren.
