She is survived by: her husband Marion Tilton; her daughters, Julene (Jerry), Lori (Allen), Christine (Nick) and Jeanene (Kelly); and her siblings, Carol Langrehr, Elaine Trout and Jay Gregory.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Liberté Ministries in support of the orphanage in Haiti that Joy faithfully supported.
