He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Bilbao and Frances Bicandi; his wife Julie Ann Egurrola; his daughters, Josephine Bilbao Bourke (John Henry), Anita Bilbao and Amaya Bilbao Cromwell (Travis); his grandchildren, Kenzie Cromwell, Julio Bourke and Finn Cromwell; his siblings, Dolores Seielstad (George) and Frank Bilbao (Nancy); his sister-in-law Louise Egurrola Lizaso (late Pete); his aunt Colleen Bicandi (late Gene); his nieces and nephews, Andrea Seielstad, Carl Seielstad (Cathy), Mark Seielstad, Tony Bilbao, Dan Bilbao (Hannah), Tony Lizaso (Kitty), Dan Lizaso, Carmen Boeger (late Don) and Marie Lizaso (Steve); and his cousins, Rae Nicolona, Theresa Burkhart (Bill), Geno Anderson, Julie Driscoll, Debbie Benevides (Joe), Mitch Bicandi (Debbie) and Michael Bicandi (Jane).
