Kathryn Knight Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on December 25, 2025, Kathryn Knight (Boise, Idaho) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mother Kari Anne Fairfield Laven; her brothers, Robert and Joseph David; her husband Lawrence L. Knight; her children, KC Waddel (Richard) of Mountain Home, Kelley Hoyt (Doug), Kristin Scanlon (James) of Meridian, Karin Iuliano (William) of Boise and David Knight of Montreal, Canada.; and her grandchildren, Kristopher Hicks (Bonnie), Karianne Hicks Catic (Arnel), Koryn Lytle (Bryce), Kathryn Waddel Blumer (Colton), James Waddel (Emily), Samantha Hoyt, Cameron Hoyt (Maria), Kaden Knight, Kyle Knight, Kiera Knight, Nathan Tollefson, Alek Tollefson and Sonja Tollefson.

Memorials may be directed in her name to the WCA Endowment or to the Ronald McDonald House, both in Boise.
