He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Bleazard and Ruth Bleazard. He is survived by: his children, Barret (Wendy), Tyler (Masha), Loralee (Michael), Derek (Tara), Robby (Natalie) and Chad (MiKayla); his wife Kristie; and his siblings, John, Kathryn, Diane and Caralee (George). He is also survived by his six children and their spouses; his 20 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
