He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Hixson and Iola Hixson; and his niece Bethany. He is survived by: his significant other Barb Nelson; his children, Jessica and Jake Hixson; his children-in-law, Doug Dana and Jessie Chaney; his grandchildren, Dylan Hixson, Sienna, Jayden Kaske and Brannon Dana; his siblings, Dee Dee Hixson, Shelley Rickert, Terry Hixson (June) and Jeff Hixson; and his cousins, Barb and Ron. He is also survived by His son, daughter, and grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the East Park Picnic Pavilion (11371 W Chinden Blvd, Boise, ID 83713).
