With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary G. Kjellander of Boise, Idaho, born in Saint Augustine, Illinois, who passed away on August 20, 2023 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mary G. Kjellander to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar S. Newton and Florence H. Fogarty Newton; and her sister Helen Newton Lannholm. She is survived by: her husband Robert P. Kjellander; her children, Bridget Paluzzi (James) and Paul Kjellander (Radelle) of Boise, ID; her grandchildren, Allison Kjellander (Thiago), Victoria Paluzzi Sanchez (William), Maria Paluzzi, Justus Kjellander and Skyler Kjellander; and her siblings-in-law, Bernice Kjellander of Abingdon, IL and Francis Kjellander of Leesburg, FL. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

“Aunt Mary was the perfect combination of a proper lady and a prankster. She was always kind and caring, but she also loved to laugh and, as a youngster growing up, we were always surprised to learn that she'd played a joke on one of the otheraunts or uncles. She'd get that mischievious twinkle in her eye and a smile on her lips. But, her pranks were never harmful or hurtful- just for fun. Love you, Aunt Mary. Bridget & Paul and their family members and Mary's friends, we share this loss.”
