He was predeceased by: his mother Jane Ann. He is survived by: his son Maddox of Boise, ID; his father Michael Willett (Marilyn); his brother Toby Willett (Jessica); and his nieces and nephews, Peyton of Sanford, Riley of Sanford, Clay of Sanford and Ty Willett of Sanford. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
