“Mike Powers was one of my best friends through out my life. We were cousins and he , my brother Mick and I were close friends throughout our lives on earth. We played army as children, were on teams together such as softball, pool and bowling. , We always had fun and had many fun times together. He was a very intelligent man and had a very unique way of looking at life. As a public defender he helped many people with their difficulties. He will be greatly missed by family and friends.”
