He was predeceased by: his parents, Vena Udell Wynn and Fred Walter Wynn; his siblings, Steven Wynn, Charles Janoe and Vena "Teddy" Hobart; his nephews, Dan Janoe, Leonard Moreno and Frank Moreno; and his brother-in-law Leonardo Moreno.
He is survived by: his sisters, Pat Wynn of Meridian and Debra "Debbie" Wynn (Allen Maberry) of Portland, Oregon.; his brother-in-law Phelps Hobart of Sacramento, California.; his uncle Monty; his nieces and nephews, Eric "Rick" Janoe, Michael Moreno, Tom Moreno of Sacramento, Laura Way (Bill), Elaina Goettsch (Mike), Carla Moreno and Linda Moreno (Clark Boomhower) of Somerset; and his aunts, Dorothy Payton of Mountainburg and Susie Campbell of Eugene. He is also survived by his colleagues, fellow Veterans, friends, neighbors.
