She is survived by: her siblings, Trent Bair, Reed Bair and Judy Elieson (Mark); her former husband Neil A. DeGiulio; her children, Christy Pando (Jeff), Bryce DeGiulio (Cheryl) and Julie DeGiulio; her husband Ray E. Phillips; and her grandchildren, Melanie Jordan (Tom), Ryan Pando (Sandy), Blake Pando (Brooklynne), Justin DeGiulio (Erika), Nicole Gerenda (Mike), Anthony Lundy (Chanelle), Nick Lundy (Mia) and Danielle Hailstone (Luke).
