She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice Patterson Stout and Edgar Lee Stout; her brother Edgar Stout, Jr.; and her nephews, Charles Soricelli and Jeffrey Brizee.

She is survived by: her former husband Robert Brizee; her daughters, Judith Anne, Joy Elizabeth and Judy Seraphin (Bob); her sisters, Mary Ann Stout (Gail) and Nanci Soricelli; her granddaughter Brittany Carter (Chris); and her great grandchild Robert.
