He is survived by: his wife Joan; his children, Justin, Jeremy (Diana), Melissa (Nick) and Amy (Seth); his grandchildren, Cole, Deagan, Ava, Hunter, Grace, Oaklee, Kyree, Josie and Navie; and his brothers, Steven (Sherry) and Michael (Holly).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Luke's Cancer Institute in Boise.
