He is survived by: his mother Rita Irene Cabana Sulik; his significant other Wickes MacColl; and his children, Steven Sulik, Brandon Sulik, Amanda Sinift, Micah Sulik and Mitch Sulik. He is also survived by brothers and sisters, and his three grandchildren.
