He is survived by: his wife Mary Waters; his children, Paula Waters and Mick Houston (Marguerite); his brothers-in-law, Max Houston and L. Bailey (Joy); his grandchildren, Taylor (Ty) and Tanner (Aileen); his great grandchildren, A. J. and Oakley; and his close friend Roz Shoup.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Reed's Chapel (302 W Church St, Lexington, TN 38351). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at the Farmsville Cemetery.
