He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Richards and Stewart Mary Richards; his wife Nancy Ann O'Keefe; and his brother Stephen O. Richards. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Richards (Tina) and Laurie Richards Daynes (Fred). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
