He is survived by: his children, Rick (Mickie), Debbie Allred, Don (Robin), Bruce, Lynette Durrant (Sean), Lorin (Michelle), Jenelle Call (David) and Tami Sherwood (Don); his wife Grace MacKenzie Slocombe; and his uncle Lewisand. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
