He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Amy Carr and Brian Fortin; his siblings, Richard of Northboro, Mass, Craig Fortin, Barbara Jean Fortin of Malden, Mass and Donna Schleyer of Maynard, Mass.; his grandchildren, Kate Robbins and Ethan Carr; and his son Bob. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
