He is survived by: his brother Gerald (Jerry); his former wife Vivian Cline; his partner's daughter Michelle; his grandson CJ; his wife Susan K Grey; his daughter Michelle Jackson; his grandson Austin; his children, Josh Evangelho and Jacinda Hopkins; and his grandchildren, Taylee Hopkins, Beau D Hopkins and Megan.
