He was predeceased by: his siblings, Teresa Griego, Vincent and Samuel Maes; and his sister-in-law Marianne. He is survived by: his children, Robert Vincent Maes (Monica), Matthew Edward Maes (Samantha), Ashlee Yvonne Maes-Albor (Galo) and Abbie Renee Hagedorn (John); his sister Anna May Snedker (Hal); and his grandchildren, Alexis, Kellen, AnnMarie, Jack and Diego.
