It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta Garrett of Boise, Idaho, who passed away on August 8, 2020, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends can send flowers and condolences in memory of the loved one. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Roberta Garrett to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Laura M. Malmstrom and John H. Malmstrom; her husband Homer R. Garrett; her daughter Debra Lee Garrett; and her stepfather Don Campbell.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kathleen Saunders (Chuck), Cindy McDonald (Jim) and Becky Acree; and her sister Margaret Bradburn. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Homer R. Garrett; daughter, Debra Lee Garrett; parents, Laura Campbell, John Malmstrom, and stepfather, Don Campbell. ***Due to restrictions of COVID-19 at this time, there will be limited attendance available.

“In loving memory of Roberta Garrett, I have such fond memories of all the visits our family made going to visit family in Boise. We were pretty good friends as well as cousins! Loved hearing that deep booming laugh of Uncle Bud's, and Aunt Berta was always so sweet & kind. She will be missed! My thoughts and prayers are with all of you during this difficult time. So grateful to have been able to watch the service on video. Love & God's Blessings to all of you!”

“I appreciated getting to watch the livestream funeral service for Aunt Berta. It was a beautiful service and tribute about her life! I remember with fondness, all the times we were able to go to Boise, especially at Thanksgiving time! All of us cousins, Debbie, Kathy, Cindy, Becky, Billy, Paul, Frank, Alan, David, and I would spend those hour playing together, talking, having fun, and walking around Boise.
