He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Powell Warth; his children, Brad Warth, Greg Warth (Tammi), Scott Warth (Janene), Jeff Warth (Erica), Janet Erickson (RB), Lynne Ebert (Steve), Caryn Rich (Chad), Michael Warth (Aurelia) and Laura Hendriksen (Nick); and his great grandchildren, Josh, Jake, Joel Warth, Jayce Warth, Chris Warth (Allie), Rachele, Dalin Warth (Ashlyn), Chandler Warth (Ciera), Mason Warth, Cody, AJ Warth, Carson Warth, Alex Warth, Spencer Erickson, Drew Erickson, Brooklynne Erickson, Landon Erickson, Kaidree Ebert, Carter Ebert, Owen Ebert, Ryan Ebert, Maddox Ebert, Corbin Rich, Aubrey Charles (Brenden), Ayden Rich, Kasia Warth, Hannah Warth, Dylan Warth, Hailee Smith, Zoeigh Smith, Kamden Hendriksen and Kaelynne Hendriksen.
