He was predeceased by: his parents, Russel Riggs and Thelma Riggs of Murtaugh, Idaho.; and his sister Doris Baker. He is survived by: his wife Nina Riggs; and his children, Russel Riggs Jr., Scott Riggs, Marnie Houser (Fritz) and Addie Riggs. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
