She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Carter and Ruth Carter; her siblings, Lynn Carter, Lagrand Carter, Bruce Carter and LaDean Ingraham (Carter); and her children, Larry Frazier and Deani Baroli (Jeff).
She is survived by: her children, Michael Frazier (Joy) and Michelle Frazier; and her grandsons, Nathan Frazier (Spencer), Owen Baroli and Henry Baroli. She is also survived by four great grandsons.
