He is survived by: his wife Sara Hlavach; his children, Joseph and Larissa Hlavach; his stepdaughters, Rachel and Maria Alonso; his mother Olivia Workman; his siblings, Angeline Alhasi (Yaser), Chris Janes (Katie), Michael Hlavach (Tiffany), Joseph Hlavach (Courtney) and Geoff Hlavach; his siblings' children, Cameron, Colin, Carter, Caleb Janes, Brianna, Alex, Kylie Hlavach, Haneen, Abrahim and Adam Alhasi; and his aunt Anna Loesch (Richard). He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
