In loving memory of Van Tassell Stonehocker of Boise, Idaho, who departed this world on July 2, 2025 at the age of 93. Van Tassell leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Hill and Clarence Thomas Stonehocker; his son John LaRelle Stonehocker; his brother Garth Hill Stonehocker; and his grandson Christopher Thomas Stonehocker.
He is survived by: his wife Moena; his children, Wesley, Thomas, Mitchell, Sydney, Marcie, Michael and Andy; and his sister Sandra Stonehocker Mangum. He is also survived by 30 grandchildren and 47 great grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM at the LDS Chapel - Northview (6711 W Northview St, Boise, ID 83704). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Cloverdale Memorial Park (1200 N Cloverdale Rd, Boise, ID 83713).
