He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Proff and Gladys Proff; and his siblings, Mary Smith, Doris Spencer, Arnold and John Proff.
He is survived by: his wife Dee; his brother Dwayne Proff of Gig Harbor, WA; and his sons, David (Kathy Proff), Allen (Paige Proff) and Forrest (Shannon Proff). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; and 9 nieces & nephews.
