He was predeceased by: his father Wesley Marion Bush; and his grandparents, John, Grace Higgins Bush, Vern and Clothiel Hansen Eames.
He is survived by: his mother Donna Lee Eames Bush; his wife Shelley Thomas; his siblings, Debbie Udy (Blaine) and Keith R. Bush; and his children, Chaune Turner (Dan), Jennifer Alcala (John), Sara Scott (Matt), Brian Thomas and Sarah Colibas (Lawrence).
