He is survived by: his wife Diana; his sons, Kyle (Jessie) and Brandon (Mariel); his grandson Donny Alves-Fortes (Tessa); his mother-in-law Mary Alice; his brothers, Ralph, Michael (Lisa) and Richard; his brother-in-law Rich (Tina); his siblings' children, Kortney (Kenny), Taylor (Logan), Grace (Vincent), Lauren, Anna, Cale (Sabrina) and Michael Jr. (Brittany); and his pet Cesar.
